🔒 INTERNAL — DEAN MUA TEAM ONLY — DO NOT SEND TO TIRTIR / VANKA / ANY EXTERNAL PARTY

Event Ops Notes — Internal

K-Beauty Festival 2026 · TIRTIR × Dean MUA · Central Park Mall, Jakarta · 13 Sept 2026, 15:00–18:00 WIB · Prepared for internal team use only

1. Event Rundown (Working)

Baseline structure carried over from the confirmed brief (Talkshow + live Flawless Base Demo, watch-only format, no audience touch-up) and cross-checked against how K-Beauty Fest has actually run at this same venue in prior years.

Source note: prior-year K-Beauty Fest at this venue (Laguna Atrium, Central Park Mall, Sept 12–21 2025) ran ~2 weeks with daily beauty-talk/demo slots and celebrity appearances (Patricia Gouw was on that year's talent roster) — confirms the venue's stage/format can support a host + demo structure like the one above, and that Patricia Gouw specifically has already worked this exact stage. Confirmed via web search 3 Aug 2026 (sources logged in BUILD_LOG.md).

2. Makeup Duration & Sequence

Total on-stage demo time budgeted at ~45–50 min per muse (fits the 15:30–16:20 / 16:30–17:20 windows above with a buffer). Break down as:

  1. Skin Prep (~10 min) — cleanse/tone with Matcha Biome Toner, calm with Milk Skin Matcha Tea Pads. This step is the "sensitive skin / de-puffing" story beat — narrate it, don't rush it.
  2. Base / Complexion (~15–18 min) — Mask Fit Red Foundation + Red Cushion layering, Glide & Hide Concealer for snatch/contour. This is the hero product moment — the demo's main "wow," budget the most time here.
  3. Eyes (~8–10 min) — bold eye execution per Bold Glam direction. See do/don't below on product sourcing for this step.
  4. Finishing (~7–10 min) — Mood Glider lip/blush, Glow Pop Lip Oil / Waterism Tint, Mask Fit Setting Spray to lock. Close with the setting-spray "24H proof" line as the button on the demo.

3. Do's and Don'ts

DO Keep every named/called-out product on stage TIRTIR-only — base, cushion, concealer, lip/blush stick, setting spray, lip oil/tint all must be TIRTIR SKUs, and must be verbally named as TIRTIR when demonstrated.

CAN FLEX Eye and eyebrow products specifically may use non-TIRTIR items as long as they are not named or called out on stage/mic/captions. This is a real working exception, not an oversight — keep it strictly unspoken: no product name, no packaging visible to camera, no mention in the MC script for that step. If TIRTIR ever asks directly, the honest answer is "eye step used supplementary tools not part of today's featured lineup" — do not claim TIRTIR products were used for eyes if they weren't.

DO Cast a model with a fair/light complexion ("model harus yang putih") for the demo canvas. Why this matters operationally (my read, not just relaying the instruction): TIRTIR's cushion/foundation shade range and the "flawless base" visual payoff read most clearly on stage lighting and phone-camera footage against a lighter base tone — the coverage/glow transformation is the whole point of the demo, and it needs to be visibly legible from the back of the crowd and in the Reel cutdown afterward. This is a production/legibility constraint tied to *this specific brief's* visual goal, not a broader casting policy — keep it scoped to this event's demo-canvas requirement only.

SCHEDULING RISK Dean has a prior engagement earlier on event day (13 Sept). Build in a hard arrival buffer — do not schedule anything in the 15:00–15:30 opening window that depends on Dean being on-site before ~14:45 confirmed. Recommend: host-muse opens/hypes the crowd solo for the first 10–15 min regardless of Dean's arrival status, so the show start isn't hostage to Dean's prior commitment running long. Flag this as a live risk in the Critical Decisions section of the client tracker only in generic form ("MUA on-site arrival window to be confirmed closer to date") — the specific reason (another booking that day) is internal-only and should not be surfaced to TIRTIR.

4. Dress Code

No dress code was specified by TIRTIR in the brief — this section is my own reasoned internal recommendation, made explicitly because the client didn't hand one down and the team needs one to plan around. Logged here as an assumption, not a confirmed client requirement.

5. Open Items / Autonomous Decisions Made Here

Per the working instruction to make reasonable calls rather than block on questions, the following assumptions were made in this document — flagged explicitly so the team can override any of them:

  1. ASSUMED Exact rundown timing (Section 1) is a working draft built from the confirmed brief + prior-year venue precedent, not a TIRTIR-approved run-of-show. Needs sign-off once production/technical workstream (currently Grey on the tracker) opens.
  2. ASSUMED Two-muse rotation in the rundown assumes the shortlist narrows to 2 finalists; if TIRTIR confirms only 1 muse, collapse into a single ~90-min extended demo with a mid-point Q&A break instead.
  3. ASSUMED Dress code (Section 4) is entirely internal reasoning, not a client spec — treat as a proposal to confirm with Dean's team, not as settled.
  4. ASSUMED The eye/eyebrow non-TIRTIR flexibility is treated here as a genuine, deliberate production note (not a mistake to "fix") — because the instruction was specific and repeated ("asal ga disebutin" = as long as it's not mentioned), it reads as an intentional workaround for a real technical/availability constraint (e.g. TIRTIR may not carry an eye product Dean needs for this exact look) rather than an error.
